Refund Policy

If you have a problem with a payment made using the parking module of the YourBuildingApp, you have the right to make a complaint and request a refund.

The refund of your payments will be made immediately in the case of any legitimate complaint no later than 14 days from the date of the positive outcome of the complaint.

The payment will be refunded by the Seller using the same method of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method of refund. In any case, you will not incur any charges in connection with this refund.
